Frigidaire Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner with Supplemental Heat Pump

The Frigidaire FRA14EHT2 14,000 BTU 230-Volt Through-the-Wall Air Conditioner with 10,600 BTU Supplemental Heat is perfect for rooms up to 640 square feet. In addition to cooling, this versatile unit offers a supplemental heat capability, providing you with an additional heat source in addition to your main heat source when outdoor temperatures are above 45 degrees Fahrenheit. It quickly cools the room on hot days and quiet operation keeps you comfortable without keeping you awake. Features include electronic controls, full function remote control, 4-way air direction control and multiple speeds. The antimicrobial filter cleans the air removing harmful bacteria, plus, the clean filter alert notifies you when the filter needs to be cleaned. This unit is designed for through-the-wall installation and is not designed for standard window installation. This unit also requires a special 230V electrical outlet and will not operate with a standard 115V household electrical outlet.

Through-the-Wall Design

This SpaceWise Adjustable Design includes a universal trim kit that can extend so you can adjust the unit to fit your existing sleeve. This unit is not suitable for window installation (New wall sleeve is sold separately). Plus, the Sleep Mode will gradually increases room temperature after being activated. The low power start-up conserves energy and saves you money plus, effortless restart automatically resumes operating at its previous settings when power is restored.

Energy Efficient

This unit has an Energy Efficiency Ratio of 9.0 and is sure to provide you with convenient, cool comfort. In Energy-saver mode the fan continues to run for 1 minute after the compressor shuts off. The fan then cycles on for 20 seconds at 10 minute intervals until the room temperature is above the set temperature, at which time the compressor turns back on. The low power operation and Energy Saver mode help to conserve energy and save you money.

With the ability to cool an area up to 640 square feet with a 4-way comfort control design you have more flexibility and control with the direction of the air for your space.
